From Maryland North and East: Take the Baltimore Washington Parkway South, or Rte 50 West until they join at New York Avenue. Continue on New York Avenue past the exit for 395 South (stay to the right). At the first light after the 395 exit, turn left onto 5th St. NW. Continue on 5th to the intersection of 5th & H Sts. From Virginia and Maryland South and East: Take 395 North to the D Street NW exit, turn left onto D St. NW Turn right on 5th St NW. The Irish Channel will be on your left at the intersection of 5th and H Sts. By Metro: Gallery Place Metro stop, exit on the 7th & H St. side, and turn right. The Irish Channel is 2 blocks down on the right.
