Maureen Burke founded One Dish Cuisine
in response to the overwhelming need for great tasting menu options
available to those living on GF, GFCF and GFCFSF Diets. Diagnosed with
Celiac Disease 20 years ago, Maureen has modified recipes to accommodate
GF, GFCF and GFCFSF diets for herself and her nephew, who follows the
Autism Diet. All items are safely prepared using quality ingredients.
Menu items are also served in the same dish they are prepared in, which
greatly eliminates the risk of cross contamination. NOTE: All items
on this menu are Gluten Free which allows someone who is GF to order
from all menus, someone who is GFCF to order from Red or Blue Menus
and someone who is GFCFSF to order from the Blue Menu only. (10/06/10)

cream cheese, old bay seasoning and sherry, served hot with homemade GFCFSF
mini bread loaf.

- BBQ Chicken – $14.00 - Gourmet
thin crust with BBQ Chicken, blend of cheeses, apple wood smoked
bacon, red onion and hint of blue cheese.
9" Desserts-Provided by Tenzo Bakery – $7.50 each
- Boston Cream Pie - Yellow Cake filled with vanilla custard and
topped with chocolate ganache.
- Dark Chocolate Mousse Cake - Rich fudgy chocolate cake with a
chocolate mousse center.
- Red Velvet Cake - A southern classic with cream cheese frosting.
- Key Lime Pie - GF graham cracker crust filled with key lime and
topped with whipped cream.

frosting and pecans.

(Ketchup, L,T,O, Mayo and SF Mayo available on request).
- Meatloaf – $13.99 - Super Moist meatloaf served with veggie of day
and GFCFSF Mini Loaf w/GFCFSF Spread.
- Crab Cakes – $22.00 - Two 4 oz. Lump Crab Cakes made with a blend
of spices served with GFCFSF Home- made Cocktail Sauce. (Note,
the ingredient “ Worcestershire” in cocktail sauce is
GFCFSF and homemade)
